JULIUS STREET APARTMENT #1 - Art Deco apartment: Major restoration project involving the swap of kitchen and bathroom utility spaces and restoring all surfaces to their original glory. A challenging project as the building is Heritage Listed. Winner Renovation of the Year 2018, HIA Awards QLD (<$300k)

JULIUS STREET APARTMENT #2 - Art Deco apartment: Another opportunity to restore the beauty and improve the functionality of a Heritage listed apartment in one of Brisbane's finest historic- listed buildings. 

NEW FARM LANDSCAPING: Beautiful cobbled pathways hide the new pipework, irrigation, drainage and building protective services. Accessed through new privacy gates, the low maintenance garden compliments the beautiful apartments that make up one of  Brisbane's finest historic apartment buildings.

UPPER COOMERA: The second storey addition to this luxury Balinese-style villa doubled its size to more than 600 sqm. The new upstairs space included a master suite combining bedroom/living area with bathroom and walk-in-robe that opens to a wrap-around deck. Four further bedrooms were added, all with walk-in-robes, plus two bathrooms and a kid's rumpus room. 

HAMILTON:  Traditional Queenslander, total renovation inside and out. An extended kitchen and main bathroom ensuite upstairs, a new bathroom and laundry downstairs. An outdoor covered entertainment area, a new double garage, and a new garden. 

COORPAROO: Traditional Queenslander. This project included an internal redesign of the upper level to open out the spaces, create inside/outside flow, realign and widen the staircase, and build an entertainers dream kitchen.  

STRETTON:  This project required a new floor plan for existing angular/awkward bathroom spaces as well as a new walk-in-robe. It also involved removing walls to create a new open plan living space incorporating an entertainment/ fireplace wall and new foyer entry area.

ALDERLEY (QUEENSLANDER) - LIFT/REFURBISHMENT: This project included a new kitchen and two new bathrooms upstairs with the living space extending to a large new deck. The lift made way for new living space downstairs which included a master suite with walk-in-robe, new bathroom and living space as well as kitchenette and laundry.

ROBERTSON: Design and build new kitchen, laundry, ensuite. Complete interior redecoration, walls and floors.

TINGALPA #1 - 1980's built family home. Redesign of living areas with new kitchen/dining and butlers pantry, three new bathrooms, laundry and living room spaces

TINGALPA #2 - Originally office space comprising six rooms, converted to a one-bedroom home complete with large kitchen, dining and living spaces and master ensuite.

KENMORE:  Design of kitchen/living areas upstairs and new bedroom space downstairs incorporating a master bedroom with walk-in-robe and ensuite, new rumpus room and laundry. 

WISHART:  A renovation project incorporating two new bedrooms and laundry addition to an existing garage space.

ROCHEDALE SOUTH: A garage renovation creating space for a new master bedroom suite, ensuite and laundry.

Other projects:

CAMP HILL (QUEENSLANDER):  A project involving the removal of walls to create a large, open living space with new kitchen and bathroom.

NOOSA HEADS:  A renovation/re-decoration involving an upgrade to flooring and stairs, new laundry, an upgrade to kitchen with new appliances,  a facelift for three bathrooms with all new tap-ware and furniture and decorative items for all living spaces. 

BOWEN TERRACE: A 1940s-built two-storey home, unoccupied for many years. The client brief: "fix" the kitchen and living areas with the philosophy "maximum impact for minimum budget", whilst keeping within the context of the original design and heritage features.

KURRABA POINT:  Extensive renovation of a 1950s ground floor courtyard apartment, including garden design.

WOOLLAHRA: Two-storey Victorian terrace home. Plans developed for a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

PITTWATER:  Heritage Motor Yacht renovation of galley, three bathrooms (tiled) and restoration/decoration of all living spaces.

MARRICKVILLE - ARTS & CRAFTS ERA BUNGALOW: Plans developed for a new kitchen, new bathrooms and laundry. 

PRETTY BEACH:  Design and decoration project for two new bathrooms.

Auckland

DEVONPORT (cottage):  Decoration project - all living spaces.

AUCKLAND CITY (Nelson Street):  Decoration project - two bedroom penthouse apartment, all living spaces.

AUCKLAND CITY (Parliament Street):  Decoration project - two bedroom apartment, all living spaces.
