A classic 1920s Queenslander, the brief was open up the space, "bring in the light" and introduce a new kitchen and bathroom that would sit well within the style and space - a nod to the past but with all the functionality and convenience of the new. Storage was critical. This was achieved with a large (almost) corner walk-in-panty.
The stable door, modelled by 'Snowy' the family Labradoodle, is Netherlands-inspired and commissioned by our client as a reminder of her Dutch heritage.
